Client Services Coordinator – Shopper Sales is responsible for supporting Client Services Managers (CSMs) on client needs. Individuals in this role must possess a passion for excellence, a natural enthusiasm for customer service and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships

  • Support the CSMs with Client Engagement Activities Within the Shopper Segment.  Includes But Not Limited to:
    • Reviewing Deliverables (ex. Performance Reports, Influencer Content) Prior to Client Distribution
    • Building Timelines for Client Based Projects
    • Crafting POVs for Clients in Collaboration with Operations Managers
    • Use Research Tools to Assist with Strategy Planning for Upcoming Campaigns
    • Sort Through Creative Assets & Complete Creative Checklist
    • Communicate with Clients for Upcoming Deliverables / Deadlines
    • Present New Ideas for Client’s Strategic Planning Initiatives
    • Escalate any Change Orders / Client Requests to CSM as Needed

Learning & Development

  • Participate in Technical Training (ex. Data Management Platforms) to be Better Equipped in Working with Operations Resources
  • Maintain a Complete Understanding of the Competitive Marketplace, Best Practices, and Emerging Trends for Learning and Development Strategies and Activities in the Programmatic Space

Strategic Thinking & Program Management:

  • Help CSMs Gain Clarity from Client on Any Gaps in Information and Mitigate Potential Risks in Advance of Campaign Launch
  • Ensure Key Information Is Escalated to Operations and Productions Teams – Special Focus on the Transmission of Information Internally

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 Years of Experience Working with Small to Medium Size Brands in an Account Mgt. Capacity
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
  • Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Digital Marketing Strategy  
  • Demonstrated Self-Starter
