Analytics Intern (NYC)

The Analytics Intern will play an active role in providing actionable data and insights to AMP Agency’s clients. In this role, he/she will gain exposure across a broad variety of channels, data sources, analytic techniques and marketing challenges. 


  • Extract and integrate data from disparate data sources into holistic, cross-channel dashboards that help us tell a story of our clients’ marketing program
  • Support the team in contextualizing data trends and providing actionable data insights for our internal and external clients; work across functional teams (e.g. Media, Creative, Tech) to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Contribute to ad hoc performance analyses that encompass a variety of digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop fluency in relevant digital technologies and analytic methods


  • Candidate for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • Intellectually curious, analytical, and passionate about data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to interpret and present business value to our clients
  • Experience with at least one data analysis or BI tool (e.g. Excel, Tableau, SPSS)
  • Experience with a digital analytics solution is a plus (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick)
  • Agency or brand marketing experience is a plus
  • Please note that this is not a summer internship program and candidates should be available for immediate hire
