Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ability to work in a face paced environment and efficiently develop and execute media plans across all media channels (ppc, programmatic, social, display, video, etc.)
  • Responsible for developing and presenting media plans to client and internal stake holders
  • Contact media representatives during the RFI process to determine prototypical media programs appropriate for the client
  • Develop a track a measurement plan for each client campaign
  • Responsible for presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis of information collected during the RFP process and complete initial negotiations
  • Conduct final negotiations to secure placement and related details
  • Responsible for implementing and managing campaigns once live and ensuring thorough QA
  • Responsible for reconciliation of media plan with actual delivery by media vendors
  • Regularly meets with media vendors to stay on top of the latest industry offerings
  • Demonstrates a passion for ad technology and programmatic

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in Media/Advertising
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in digital media and buying 
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, highly organized
  • Experience working with Doubleclick, DART, comScore, MRI, and other research tools is a must
  • Preferably, the candidate will have planning experience across multiple media channels, with digital media expertise necessary
  • CPG experience is desirable
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred (marketing or communications is desirable)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
