Digital Marketing Recruiter (Boston)

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team in Boston's historic North End!

The Recruiter is responsible managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all positions in the offices for both our Boston and NYC offices.

Core Responsibilities:                                                        

  • Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, database systems, employee referrals, as well as grass roots activities
  • Effectively manage relationships with multiple Hiring Managers simultaneously, providing attentive service to all
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
  • Provide regular status updates to Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles
  • Proactively Develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need, focusing on digital talent
  • Schedule in-person and phone interviews
  • Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
  • Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and proprietary databases
  • Contribute to the development of new Talent initiatives, building supporting documentation when necessary, and work with Business Leaders to ensure value and relevance


  • 1-3 years’ experience in professional level recruiting, preferably in a mix of internal corporate and agency environments
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizations skills and with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative –is proactive in developing and sharing new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must have a proven track record of success and be competitive, self-motivated individual
  • Utilizes lateral thinking skills to approach solutions indirectly and creatively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels
  • Exceptional verbal skills particularly through phone and video communication
  • Strong follow up & negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to recognize problems and find workable means to successfully resolve the problems.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Jazz preferred
