Temporary Project/Traffic Manager

 

We are earnestly seeking a proactive, detail oriented, collaborative, resourceful, fast-thinking, diplomatic, all-star to join our creative team. Your role will be to help plan resources and shepherd projects through the creative studio ensuring they are on-time and on-budget. The breadth of projects including graphic design, 3D design, writing, rendering.

Key responsibilities and required skills:

  • Project Management: Working closely with multiple agency teams to deliver creative assignments from start to finish. Key tasks include project and meeting scheduling, tracking progress, and following up to ensuring that project deliverables and expectations are met. Excellent organization and prioritization skills, including the ability to communicate expectations and potential complications to all parties. Tracking the status and flow of all projects within the creative studio.
  • Resource strategy and tactics: Demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and plan resources accordingly. Understanding of each area of agency expertise and a sense of reasonable timelines within the various creative disciplines. The ability to prevent crises through foresight and effective resource planning.
  • Communication: Providing clear and actionable information related to projects. Compiling complex feedback and organizing and distilling critical information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Navigating personal and team dynamics and a variety of communication styles. Implementing and maintaining systems to ensure the smooth flow of information between teams. 
  • Accountability: Delivering work on time, on budget, and as promised while respecting creative excellence and contributing to a positive, empathetic culture.

EXPERIENCE: Three to five years managing creative teams necessary while familiarity with the design process in an agency is ideal.  Loves working with creative minds in a fast-paced environment, delivering consumer-focused marketing, experiential activations, branding, and advertising. Working knowledge of basic Office software and familiarity with Adobe Cloud.
