Media Coordinator, Advantage Media Solutions (Boston)

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT TEAM: MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Media Coordinator is Responsible for the Day-To-Day Execution Digital Media Campaigns on Behalf of Large Consumer Brands, within Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail.   This Includes but Is Not Limited To: Programmatic, Search and Social.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Influencer Digital Media Programs From Initiation to Completion, Including But Not Limited To:

  • Campaign Structure Set-up
  • Budget Sheet and Daily Tracking Management
  • Ad Trafficking and Quality Assurance
  • Targeting and Campaign Parameter Set-up
  • Campaign Management / Optimization
  • Reporting
  • Provide Regular Status Updates to Client Services and Other Stakeholders
  • Support Upper Level Team Members In Relation to Campaigns, Analytics, etc.
  • Lead Client Kick-Off Calls, with Support of Manager, To Activate New Campaigns
  • Regularly Update Project Management Portal with Campaign Status Updates
  • With the Support Client Services and Management, Identify Ongoing Opportunities for Brands  
  • Advocate for Media Services and Best Practices Within Internal Peer Meetings
  • Participate in Relevant Learning Activities for Personal-Professional Growth

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of Experience and Knowledge of Paid Digital Marketing
  • Previous Internship Experience Also Applicable
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
  • Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Consumer Technology, Social Media and Emerging Digital Technologies
  • Demonstrated Self-Starter
