Senior Production Manager (Seattle)

We are looking to add a detail-oriented, collaborative, creative and fearless Senior Production Manager to our team. Your role will be to lead production on a broad range of experiential assignments with outstanding quality and time and budget mastery for local, regional, and national clients.

Key responsibilities and required skills include:

  • People Management: This position has at least 1 direct report. As their manager, you will help with goal-setting, performance evaluation and day-to-day mentoring and oversight. Previous management experience is a requirement.
  • Production Management: Create and manage project planning, timing and logistics from start to finish. This requires excellent planning, obsessive organization and prioritization skills. Success in this role includes the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and apply resources effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Budget creation is second nature, you just do it, naturally, and to the penny.
  • Production tactics: Develop and outline project execution plans to exceed client expectations. This requires an extensive knowledge of, and passion for building relationships with the most cutting-edge production partners in the business. From fabricators and freight companies to cutting edge technology production studios and staffing agencies, the Production manager has a quality vendor for every need. This role requires key knowledge of multiple event production disciplines, mobile tours, marketing meetings, tradeshows, product launch events, and more.
  • Communication: Work closely with clients and internal teams. Provide clear and actionable information related to projects to both internal and external stakeholders. This requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate on the phone, via email and in person. Contributions to creative brainstorming is frequent and welcome!
  • Accountability and initiative: Ability to get the most from existing vendor database and lead efforts to secure new and innovative vendor partners. Key contributor to RFP responses creatively and with logistics and pricing. Ideal candidate is ambitious and willing to provide assistance whenever and wherever needed, including nationwide travel on short notice. Expect to travel up to 15-20% of the time.  

EXPERIENCE: We’re looking for someone with strong event production expertise in the consumer marketing field, including disciplines such as events, roadshows, and tradeshows. 4+ years of related experience, with rapidly increasing responsibility in a full-service advertising agency is ideal.
