Amp is on the lookout for an inspired Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, energetic, digital-focused (and 100% remote) creative team. The Creative Department is responsible for the implementation, visual identity, and execution of all projects within the agency. Spearheading AMP Agency’s integrated approach, the Design Team works directly with each Creative Director to ensure the highest quality work.
The ideal candidate will have an impressive portfolio showing next level design skills in work that displays unique and engaging conceptual thinking, and a strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.

Core Responsibilities:
- Translate words and ideas into high caliber conceptual designs that engage, enlighten and inspire the end user, maintaining campaign and brand continuity and interactive usability
- Develop a variety of creative materials for brand campaigns, social media efforts, digital activations, and printed materials for agency clients maintaining brand and campaign consistency across all activiations
- Create assets for prospective client presentations, in-house communications, and anything else our clients or new business needs demand
- Brainstorm conceptual directions, both independently and as part of a team
- Participate in group reviews of creative work, adding perspective and taking direction as needed
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to revise work and refine concepts
- Work closely with art directors, content creators, UX specialists, front-end developers, and other internal departments to implement new features, and improve existing design
- Keep current on advertising campaigns, design trends, and industry technology, sharing findings with the department to facilitate new ways of thinking, working, and problem solving
- Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table, insight and thoughtful input for overall brand objectives
Required Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite expert
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- An innate understanding of UX, and up to date knowledge of best practices
- Working knowledge of digital communication channels
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and to meet deadlines on a daily basis in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Mac OSX, Sketch/XD, Google Slides and Keynote
- 1-3 years creative agency experience preferred
Bonus skills we like to see:
- Illustration, studio photography, video editing or animation capabilities
- An understanding of and appreciation for all social channels and current activity trending on each
- Knowledge of print production processes
