AMP Agency Seattle is looking for a Group Creative Director to produce inspiring work and lead the heroic group of designers (2D/3D), art directors, writers and architects in our Creative Studio.

The GCD plays a pivotal role in driving the creative direction of the agency. The role requires a leader who can grow young talent, inspire a team, foster a healthy work culture and inject innovative thinking into every assignment.

We’re looking for a strong strategic thinker, who’s also ready to be a hands-on writer, and has experiential marketing work as part of their portfolio. We’re also looking for someone who can lead new business ideation, campaign development and kill it in pitches.

We’re looking for a visionary, an innovator, a maker, a storyteller, a motivator, and a mentor. We want someone who leaves the ego at home and will work hard to create a strong department and always look to create exceptional work.

Amp Seattle is family of 36, who believe in doing great work with great people and will drop what they’re doing to pitch in and help each other. Unlike many Seattle agencies, we do not feed off of local business, relying on a more national and international roster of clients including Southwest Airlines, Levi’s, Toyota and PUMA.

We do however have wonderful local clients like Amazon, Seattle Foundation, Microsoft, Delta Dental and we recently added Expedia and Rainier Beer to our list…yes, Rainier Beer…how cool is that??
