We are searching for a Talent & Culture Generalist to join our Talent & Culture team at AMP!

As Talent & Culture Generalist you will focus on the following:

Recruitment:

  • Manage all job postings and review resume submissions
  • Update job descriptions as needed and work with hiring managers on assigned roles to create/update postings accordingly
  • Coordinate the end-to-end interview process working with hiring managers across the organization; train hiring managers and committees on interview and selection process
  • Use your coordinator superpowers to ensure an exceptional candidate interviewing experience; act as first point of contact for all requests regarding workplace dynamics, culture and transparency
  • Work with the Talent & Culture Manager to manage the candidate process in our applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Source for pipeline and open positions as assigned
  • Develop new, innovative ways to message career opportunities to potential candidates, positioning AMP as an employer of choice
  • Ensure effective on-boarding of all new employees

Internship Program:

  • Partner with T&C Manager on developing a formalized internship program
  • Making recommendations and adjustments to current recruitment and placement tactics when and where needed
  • Formulate an intern alumni group to aid in recruitment efforts

Employee Engagement:

  • Serve as sought after resource for staff and managers
  • Identify and lead employee initiatives to meet HR goals or enhance workplace climate
  • Assist Culture Team members by aligning necessary details and coordination for company events both on and offsite
  • Be a key liaison working closely with the T&C Manager between internal teams regarding brand and culture. Constantly planning and soliciting feedback from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to provide the Leadership team with any feedback/learnings
  • Assist with the execution of engagement and cultural initiatives/programs/events using best practice strategies to promote a strong culture within AMP
  • Act as a company cultural ambassador by increasing internal awareness around AMP history, announcements, achievements, milestones, benefits/perks and overall general updates
  • Oversee YouEarnedIt employee recognition platform

Musts

  • 2-4 years HR experience with some experience in a creative workplace
  • An affinity for process improvement
  • General knowledge and experience of recruitment policies and practices
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Strong decision making ability, discretion judgment and calmness under pressure
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously
  • A sense of humor
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, eagerness to grow in the field of HR
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; superior writing, proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects in parallel; integrity; accountability.
