Amp Agency Seattle is looking for a Group Creative Director to produce inspiring work and lead our creative team of (2D/3D) Creative directors, art directors, designers and writers.
We’re looking for a strong strategic thinker, one whom can clearly articulate creative direction both written and verbally, someone with strong, proven, hands-on design and/or writing experience. Ideally, experiential marketing work would be a part of your portfolio. We’re also looking for someone who can lead new creative ideation, campaign development, and successful new business pitches.
The GCD plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic creative direction of the agency. The role requires a thought leader in the creative world who has an impeccable eye for design, can grow young talent, inspire a team and help foster a healthy work culture. She/he knows how to bridge creative and account and inject innovative thinking into every assignment – big or small.
This person is a compelling leader, a storyteller, a collaborator, a motivator, an advocate and a mentor. We want someone who will work hard and lead the team to create a world-class creative department, always looking to create cutting-edge work.
