Senior Account Executive (NY)

We are searching for a Senior Account Executive who loves to work hard and play hard. They can deliver the work, and are able to effectively manage 360 degree cross-channel marketing programs. The Senior Account Executive is vital to the brilliant execution of marketing campaigns through the effective use of their marketing prowess, agency process and communication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and appreciating brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs and is able to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing plans and executions
  • Day-to-day management of assigned account(s) by working effectively with our cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations & timelines appropriately
  • Effectively lead teams across creative, strategy, media, project management and analytics to achieve client objectives
  • Successfully manages multi-channel marketing programs (website development, digital & content marketing, social strategy and activations, as well as event-based activations)
  • Delivers effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with professionalism and business maturity
  • Demonstrates leadership when evaluating creative against approved briefs through a thorough understanding of brand & creative strategy with strict attention to detail
  • Creates dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
  • Establish trust-based client relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs
  • Proactively problem solves with oversight from manager
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget
  • Collaborates well with external agency partners to drive integrated programs

 Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years agency experience
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch work with results (award-winning a plus!)
  • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (Broadcast, OLA, Site, Social, Mobile, Print, Email, DM, Events etc.)
  • Participation in the development of a website redesign (preferred)
  • Ability to consistently perform & keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPI’s for client business
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation and team player attitude
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
