Junior Copywriter

Were you an early Wordle enthusiast? Are you the one your friends always consult for IG captions? Do you consider yourself chronically online? If so, have we got a job for you.

AMP Agency is looking for a motivated word nerd, (specifically a Junior Copywriter), to join our creative team. This Junior Copywriter will develop concepts and written content for a variety of leading national brands across social, digital, and traditional marketing channels. The person in this role will be responsible for all aspects of copywriting, from ideation through execution, crafting concept statements, headlines, caption copy, scripts, webpage content, blog posts, and more. Reporting to a Senior Copywriter and working alongside Art Directors, Content Creators, Strategists, and Media Planners, the Junior Copywriter will participate in brainstorms, craft compelling copy, and present work internally as needed.

This position requires that the candidate be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail oriented, and highly driven. As the Junior Copywriter will likely work across multiple accounts and teams within the agency, the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities while meeting client expectations and timelines is crucial. Our client work is deeply rooted in social media, so an unfiltered passion for not only consuming but creating social content is a must.

This is a remote position, but you must be based in the US.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
